Physical space matters

As mentioned earlier I just read David Kelley’s “The Art of Innovation”. Will post a little more about that later. One of the ideas posed in the book is that your physical space matters a lot in spurring innovative behaviour. He made the case for actually thinking through what you want to happen in the office space and designing it accordingly. And that doesn’t mean hiring an expensive consultant doing it for you but just doing it yourself with a budget of 250 euros to buy some fun stuff as well. Then I came accross this example of a serious cool office for a tshirt startup. By looking at it, wouldn’t you love to work there? I would.
